Shaler Area Boys’ Lacrosse Club and the Shaler Area Girls’ Lacrosse Boosters Present
A Night at the Races To Whom It May Concern: The Shaler Area Boys’ Lacrosse Club in conjunction with the Shaler Area Girls’ Lacrosse Association is holding our 2nd Annual Night at the Races at 6:30 P.M. on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at the Parkview VFD Social Hall located at 726 Midway Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15215. This fundraiser is being organized to offset the significant expense of running two high quality programs. With an event of this scale, we are in need of many donations to make it a huge success. We are interested in all contributions. For example: gift cards, event tickets, memorabilia, or services. No donation is too small or too large. In addition, we are looking for Race Sponsors, Horse Sponsors, Jockey Sponsors, Beverage Sponsors, and even participants. If you or your business would be interested in making a donation to help us in our efforts, we ask that you contact chairpersons Jason Fedorek [email protected] or Steve Romac [email protected]. We will be willing to come to your place of business to discuss your involvement options or collect any donations. You can also simply mail, by October 27, 2017, any donation to: Jason Fedorek, 150 Lily Drive, Glenshaw, PA 15116. Some options for involvement include the following:
