p.,

remembering the life

I think no matter where you stray, That I shailgo withyou away. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will neverforget my hands, Noryet the way I held my head Nor thefunny things I said. You willfeel my hands about you when That day comesfiuttering back again. I think no matter whereyou be, You'll hold me in your memory, And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves all about me. Dorothy Parker

When God sawyou getting tired And a cure was not to be, He put his arms around you And whispered, "come to me". He didn't like what you went through And he gave you rest, His garden must be beautiful He only takes the best. And when we sawyou sleeping So peaceful andfreefrom pain. We wouldn't wish you back To suffer that again. Today we say goodbye And as you take yourfinal rest. That garden must be beautiful Because you are one ofthe best.
