The VIP Rewards Program is a distribution of surplus plan. Starting January 2007, nearly $2 million per year over the course of three years will be distributed to members who continue their membership and have participated in OTARMA for one full year or longer. Members will receive a percentage credit on their renewal contribution based on their years of participation:
