PAGES (including cover): 1 This addendum supplements and amends the original Drawings and Specification issued and shall be taken into account in preparing proposals, and shall become a part of the Contract Documents. 1. Reference Section 5 of the Design Build Scope of Services: The following work types must be performed by members of the Consultant Team (combination of Consultant and Sub-Consultant(s)): Non-complex Roadway and Level 1 Bridge Design 2. Reference Section 6.1, Reference #23 of the Proposal: Temporary Erosion Control Item is a Lump Sum for all temporary erosion control items (not Per Each). 3. Digital AutoCAD files of Exhibit B (survey of existing conditions Road Cross Sections) have been placed on the Union County Engineer’s website at http://www.co.union.oh.us/Bid-Info/ as Addendum 3 Attachment.
