AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM FOR EOC/911 CALL CENTER (RFP NO. 21-16/17) ADDENDUM NO. 3 Florence County is sending to all interested firms clarifications to questions concerning the request for proposal document. The answers are highlighted in BOLD RED and underlined. 1. How many encoders will be needed for this project? Seven (7); all of them is to be in the 911 Center server room. 2. How many decoders will be needed? Fourteen (14) will be needed for the 911 Center; six (6) will be needed for the EOC; and two (2) will be needed for the Training Room. 3. How many controllers are needed? One (1) in the 911 Center, one (1) in the EOC and two (2) in the Training Room. 4. Should the controllers be wireless? ? Yes 5. Will volume control be needed on the touch panel? No 6. Are cable boxes needed? No
