And it’s not just jet-setting millennials fuelling the trend – Intrepid’s average female traveller is aged 38. Seems we ladies are all about the YOLO. Lee Thompson of Flash Pack says, ‘Adventure activities help your brain shift gear. You don’t have the urge to navel-gaze when you’re kayaking or rock climbing.’ Let’s go!
