Terms With the exception of those items reserved for 2017 sponsors’ first right of refusal, all requests will be accepted on a first come, first served basis once the agreement has been received at the ASTRA Office. All advertising is subject to ASTRA approval. Signing this agreement indicates firm commitment in accordance with the corresponding advertising rate card/brochure. An emailed signed copy of this agreement is also binding. Cancellations are non-refundable. Full payment must accompany this application. Advertisements with an outstanding balance after May 1, 2018 will not be included in printed marketing materials.
