The Wenatchee World reserves the right to change any special publication ad deadline and/or publish date.

Adjustments
Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure advertisements run without error, mistakes may occur. The Wenatchee World is not responsible for damages. Adjustments on republishing will be made at The Wenatchee World’s discretion, on first publication only, and will not exceed the space occupied by the error. No adjustments will be made for errors the advertiser fails to mark for correction on the proof. Ads cancelled after deadline will be charged for space ordered. All requests for adjustments must be made within 30 days of the first scheduled publication. The Wenatchee World reserves the right to go back only to the most current 3 months of the first adjustments requested.
Terms & Conditions
Payment in full is due within 30 days. Unpaid amounts shall accrue interest at 18% per annum or the maximum rate allowed by law. If any collection action is commenced, Customer will be responsible for the Wenatchee World’s attorneys fees and costs, regardless of whether suit is filed. Washington law shall govern and venue for any action shall be in Chelan County, Washington. Customer assumes full responsibility and liability for payment of all taxes and for compliance with federal, state, municipal and local laws relating to the Customer’s printed or online content, and shall indemnify, defend and hold the Wenatchee World harmless from all claims resulting from lack of compliance with said laws, including without limitation for any action for defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, plagiarism or other action relating to Customer’s printed or online content. Production schedules will be established and adhered to by Customer and Wenatchee World, provided that neither party shall incur any penalty or liability for delays due to strike, fire, energy failure, acts of God or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Customer or Wenatchee World. In no event shall Wenatchee World be liable for consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages. Customer’s sole remedy for delayed delivery and defective goods shall be re-performance or refund by Wenatchee World.
Proofs
We offer a one-proof system to assist you in correcting any errors that appear prior to publication. After your ad has been turned out for design, you will receive a copy to proof and correct. Additional proofs are not available after this initial proofing. Deadline for proof corrections is noon the day prior to publication. Tear sheets available upon request, up to 5 per ad run.
