Define Partnership Structure – Collaboration with local ESU Personnel Assignments – Dashboard System Administrator – Data Steward Pilot Engagement Meetings – Participate in up to three pilot district engagement meetings designed to provide a forum for • First Meeting – November, 2013 • Second Meeting – December, 2013 • Third Meeting – January, 2013 Analyze Local Data Sources – Map the data requirements for the dashboards - plus other collections optionally unified into the data standard - back to local source systems • To facilitate this process, pilot districts complete the Dashboard Readiness Assessment.

ADVISER Pilot Development • Work with NDE and relevant local/state contractor(s) for technical developments including: – Integrate security with directory and source system for roles – Development interface from source data system(s), using ETL or web services – Test dashboards for data quality emanating from sources systems
