AFFIDAVIT OF APPRAISER The undersigned Appraiser, at the direction of the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, respectfully represents: 1) I am over the age of eighteen and understand and believe in the obligation of an oath. 2) THAT My name is: Casper M. Amodio, MAI. My address is Amodio Associates, 12 Broadway, North Haven, CT 06473. I hold a Connecticut Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. My number is: RCG.24. AND; 3) THAT I have appraised the property known as 233-239 Park Road, Hamden, Connecticut, on December 11, 2014, based on an exterior inspection only, and further, that on that date, I estimated the Fair Market Value to be $215,000.00. However, because I was not able to gain entry into the interior of the premises at this time, I specifically reserve the right to revise the value conclusion arrived at in my report, if interior access to the premises is permitted at a later date; AND 4) THAT the Fair Market Value of the subject property is the same as appears on my report with an effective date of December 11, 2014; 5) THAT I am requesting a fee for my services in the amount of $350.00.
