Any SOZO Global Distributor who maintains Active and Qualified status during the contest period. WHEN IS THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD? The qualification period is from November 17, 2014 to March 31, 2015. HOW MANY POINTS ARE NEEDED TO QUALIFY? In order to qualify you must achieve 3000 points to win a cruise for 1 person or 4500 points to win a cruise for 2 people. HOW DOES A DISTRIBUTOR EARN POINTS? Qualification will be based on points earned from Personal Volume, Retail Volume, Auto-ships, Rank Advancement and Power Pack Subscriptions. WHAT ARE THE RULES OF THE GAME? Each SOZO Distributor will need to validate their attendance and follow the guidelines as established by the Cruise Line for Registration and Online Validation. No substitutions will be allowed. SOZO will not be responsible for airfare or VISA acquisition. SOZO will not be responsible for any travel expenses such as accommodation prior to ship departure or transfer to and from the port. SOZO will not be responsible for any excursions or onboard expenditure outside of the award package. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS? 1) PERSONAL ENROLLMENT If you are an Active and Qualified Distributor, and if you personally enroll a new Distributor during the qualification period, you will receive 10% of their enrollment Power Pack retail price as points. PERSONALLY ENROLL A DISTRIBUTOR AT:
2) AUTO-‐SHIP Any active and qualified Distributor who signs up for auto-‐ship during the qualification period will receive 10% of the volume as points. This does not apply toward enrollment packages. You must maintain the auto-‐shipment for a minimum of 90 days. As an example: Sign up for Thermogenic Coffee for $50 on Auto-‐Ship and you will receive 5 points. No points will be awarded to the Sponsor or Up-‐line Distributors. Auto-‐Ship points will be allocated only to the person who signs up for Auto-‐Ship. 3) RETAIL SALES Any Active and Qualified Distributor who makes a retail sale to a customer during the qualification period will receive 15% of the retail price in points. 10% of the retail price will be awarded in points to the Sponsor and 5% of the retail price will be awarded in points to the entire up-‐line. 4) SUCCESS CENTER PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS Any Active and Qualified Distributor who signs up for SOZO Success Center PRO during the qualification period will receive 5 points. The Distributor must maintain their subscription for a minimum of 90 days. 5) RANK ADVANCEMENT If you rank advance to the next level of the placement tree during the qualification period, you will receive 50 points and your Sponsor will receive 5 points. WHAT HAPPENS IF A DISTRIBUTOR EXCEEDS THE 3000 OR 4500 POINTS FOR QUALIFICATION? Additional bonus points will be awarded with cash equivalent prizes at certain levels as defined below: Additional 500 points = $500 cash for travel Additional 750 points = $750 cash for travel Additional 1000 points = $1000 cash for travel Additional 1250 points = $1250 cash for travel

IF A DISTRIBUTOR ACHIEVES A RANK AND THEN LOSES IT DURING THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD, DOES THE DISTRIBUTOR GET TO KEEP THE POINTS? No, the Distributor must maintain the rank advancement achievement during the entire contest qualification period in order to keep the points. CAN A NEW DISTRIBUTOR QUALIFY FOR THE TRIP? Absolutely – yes! Any new Active and Qualified Distributor can earn points toward the incentive trip. CAN POINTS BE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE DISTRIBUTOR TO ANOTHER? No, points cannot be transferred from one Distributor to another. DO BULK ORDERS COUNT TOWARD POINTS? Yes, any order with SV that counts toward rewards or bonuses also counts toward points. Any product purchased through a promotion or other discount that does not have SV applied will not count toward rewards or bonuses, including incentive trip points.
