I, the Cardholder, understand that the above credit/debit card will be used by AML for all contracts, agreements, services etc (“Agreements”) that the Company authorizes or requests and that AML provides to the Company above, including but not limited to storage, transportation, packing and labor services. The Cardholder furthermore agrees that charges made to the above credit/debit card are made pursuant to and are bound by the terms thereof all AML Agreements. Additionally, the Cardholder understands and agrees that AML will handle services for the Company that may need verification of size, weight or other dimensions before final balance is known; in that case AML is authorized by the Cardholder to charge or refund as need after said verification.
