Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approx. 15-20°C (60-68°F) using a good quality, finely sieved, moist compost, pressing the seed gently into the surface. Do not exclude light (Germination 10-21 days). Transplant seedlings, spacing them out 5cm (2") apart in seed trays and grow on. Plant out 40cm (16") apart in a sunny position. May also be sown July-September in a cold frame for planting the following spring.

HELPFUL HINT
