Apple Cinnamon Wrap & Roll Ingredients: 1½ tablespoons sugar ½ teaspoon cinnamon Non-stick cooking spray 1 apple (about 1 cup chopped) 2-3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt 2 6-inch flour tortillas Directions: Wash hands. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Wash and chop apple. Place in medium bowl. Add yogurt to apple and stir to combine. Lay tortilla flat on a plate. Lightly spray top side with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with a spoonful of the cinnamon sugar. Flip tortilla so unsprayed side is up. Use ½ of the apple mixture to fill half of the tortilla. Fold the other half over the apple mixture. Heat non-stick cooking spray in frying pan on medium heat. Place folded tortilla in pan and cook about 1 minute, or until slightly browned. Flip to cook the second side. (If pan starts to smoke, remove it from burner for a minute, and then continue.) Remove tortilla from pan and cut in half. Repeat with remaining tortilla.
