If there may be inclement weather the event will be rescheduled, and there will be no refunds. Further, we have reviewed the rules, regulations and policies of the Festival and agree, if we participate, to comply with them as the prescribed, and to indemnify and agree to hold the ODAF harmless from any and all liability arising from our participation in the Festival. Rules and Regulations Display – Exhibit: All displays, storage and activity must be confined within the designated space and not extending beyond the space assignments. Professional signage must be displayed. Handwritten signs are prohibited. Festival security will be provided. Olde Dominion Agricultural Foundation is not liable for anything lost or stolen. Exhibitor’s space assignments are final decisions of ODAF. Exhibitors will be responsible for clean-up and for any and all damage caused by their stands, employees or vehicles. No tables, electrical cords or other supplies will be provided. Please bring what you need. The event is held in an indoor arena with a packed dirt floor. If you desire, you may bring plywood or other durable hard surface to place your items on. Be sure that it is safe for the public to walk on. Set Up – Tear Down: Set up and breakdown times will be strictly enforced. Booths may be set up on Friday 12pm to 4pm and Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm. The exhibitor’s space must be occupied by 1:15 pm on Saturday. If the exhibitor fails to be present at these specific times, it will be considered a “No Show” and their space may be eliminated with no possible refund. Breakdown is not to begin until the end of the festival. The Festival is scheduled for 2 pm – 8 pm on Saturday. All vendors are expected to participate on Saturday and must man the booth at all times during the festival. Conduct: Any unruly behavior or failure to comply with the stated rules by the exhibitor or their assistants will mean immediate expulsion from the event and will eliminate the exhibitor from future shows. Olde Dominion Agricultural Foundation reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. Absolutely no pets allowed. Festival Wristbands: If the exhibitor wishes to purchase a festival wristband for those over 21, the cost is $20. Miscellaneous:
ODAF intends to provide a relaxed environment for patron and artist interactions. Utilization of newspapers, posters, Facebook and radio coverage will advertise the event. We encourage you to promote this event to your customer base. Olde Dominion Agricultural Foundation reserves the right to modify the Rules and Regulations with reasonable advanced written notice.
