Question from George Robles (Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc.) at 02:36 PM on 08/23/2016 Reference attached photo of the Existing column post it is resting on the Existing bottom plate that currently is running perpendicular to the (n) wall framing location. The plans do not depict any details that apply to this condition. Please provide a bottom of wall detail depicting the existing bottom plate to (n) bottom plate wall transition.
