AROMATIC & ALIPHATIC POLYESTER POLYOLS
About Company NEO GROUP started out in 2006 basically as a chemical company manufacturing Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin for food and beverages packaging, located in Lithuania near the Klaipeda port. Over 308 thousand tons of PET, which compose 12 per cent of the European production, are manufactured and sold during a year. The annual turnover of NEO GROUP is approx. 360 thousand Euros. In 2011, the company started a new activity – the chemical recycling of PET waste into Aromatic Polyester Polyols (APP) for use in rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) and polyurethane (PU) foams, having the trade name of NEOPOLYOL. Nowadays company producing wide range of aromatic polyester polyols based on PET and phthalic anhydride (PA) components. Most of them are modified with the aim to improve processability and final properties of PIR and PU foams. Company also offered APP based semi-systems for continues and discontinuous rigid- or flexible-faced PIR panels.

NEOPOLYOL production operates in an extremely energy efficient manner and reduces the amounts of PET waste produced during the manufacture of bottle grade PET resin. This is good for the environment and makes a major contribution towards the sustainable production of both PET and Polyol products. In constantly improving, learning and communicating with the manufacturers of advanced technologies and equipment, we create and implement innovations enabling improvements in the utilization of resources and efficiency. This allows us to react to market changes rapidly as well as creating new products and proposing the best solutions to our partners. Due to its strategically favourable plant location, the company services customers throughout the European Union as well as CIS countries, and provides the most cost efficient and flexible logistical solutions. The company is certified by ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, Company uses modern methods of business and production management as Lean, GMP, S5 and etc.
P NEOPOLYOL is a high-quality Aromatic Polyester Polyol used in a variety of applications, including rigid PIR and PU foam, One Component foam, Spray System, Glue, Adhesives and other. Many of our polyols are further modified to improve the flammability performance, mechanical strength and processing of rigid foams. Well-equipped laboratory and highly qualified employees ensure product quality and process stability. We are using Automatic Titrators to determine moisture content, hydroxyl and acidity number. Gas Chromatography is used for determination of free glycols, Brookfield for determination of viscosity. The Foam Qualification System FOAMAT allows us to test the main physical parameters like rise height, temperature and pressure during the PIR and PU foaming process. NEOPOLYOL’s are available in a wide range of hydroxyl levels and viscosities.
