ARTICLE IX - OTHER COMMITTEES SECTION 2 Membership Committee. The Board of Directors may appoint a Membership Committee consisting of not less than one (1) nor more than three (3) Directors and other appointed Regular Members. The Committee shall receive the names of prospective Honorary, Sustaining and Regular Members, investigate for eligibility and recommend those qualified for election at the annual, regular or any special meeting of the Members or the Board of Directors as the case may be.
