Our Time Here We were initially attracted to the property as it was set in a large plot and offered plenty of potential for improvement. Since moving in to the house, we have totally reconfigured and renovated the property. It's been totally re-plastered, re-wired and re-plumbed. We have turned the granny annexe into a large open plan kitchen/dining room. We spend most of our time in this space and so this is probably our favourite part of the house. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy dinner with the family or entertain friends in. We have also made the original kitchen and dining room into the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom. The garden has additionally had a complete makeover, with a 6 metre square bespoke craft room (complete with insulation and power) at the bottom of the garden. There are excellent local schools nearby at Chilton, Minster and Sandwich as well as a pre-school in the village of Cliffsend. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet and the neighbours are wonderful. We will miss the amount of space we have here, especially the lovely garden, but we feel now is the right time for us to move.
