CE 5 Year Provider Review Enhancing the Existing Process
What is the 5 Year Provider Review?
• An extensive review of Provider compliance over the past five years • Providers participate on a staggered schedule • Determines compliance per CE Board requirements • Informs decision on whether or not provider can be re-approved for another five years
Levels of Compliance
• Level 1 - Sufficient activities and ongoing compliance with CEB requirements
• Level 2 - Inconsistent compliance with CEB requirements
• Provider notified that this is their year to participate in the five year review • Provider updates personnel information • CE Staff collects and assembles a wide range of data about Provider • CE Staff reviews data and determines level of compliance • Results of the review are communicated to Provider
