Complete and return the attached AST registration form with a copy of the original invoice of the AST/MOTON shocks purchased to: [email protected]. Registration must be completed and submitted before the start of event. 1. 2. 3. 4.
Product use is required for participation in this program. Decals Requirement: YES # of Decals: 2 Location: Decal must be placed on each side of vehicle. No competing decals may be displayed, including but not limited to: Koni, Penske, Ohlins, KW, etc. 5. MOTON decals are accepted as MOTON Suspension is a division of AST. 6. Decal availability: Contact AST Suspension USA. AI, AIX, HC1, HC2, HC3, HC4, GTSU, GTS1, GTS2, GTS3, GTS4, GTS5, CMC, PTB, PTC, PTD, PTE, PTF, STU, ST1, ST2, ST3 Awards are presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place drivers at the NASA Championships Sunday race for classes with 15 or more starters. Contingency awards will be awarded for the main NASA Championship race. Qualifying races are not eligible for awards. Contingency forms must be completely filled out and include a copy of official results from http://timingscoring.drivenasa.com/. One award per participant per event. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a certificate for the purchase of products or services from AST Suspension USA. Awards cannot be combined or transferred. 2014 Certificates expires 6/30/15. See “Payout Schedule” above for award amounts. Awards will be processed after the final submission date of November 30, 2014. Product certificate redeemable toward AST 4100, 5100, 5200, 5300 and Moton Club Sport, 3-Way, 4-Way or towards rebuilds of your current AST/MOTON shocks. This optional contingency program is verified by NASA and paid by AST Suspension USA directly. For award details or to ask questions, please email [email protected]. AST Suspension retains the right to change the program details at anytime.
