RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLACERVILLE ACCEPTING AND CONSENTING THE RECORDING OF A QUITCLAIM CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY WHEREAS, the real property described in the attached quitclaim deed from Scott L. Shinn to City is necessary for planned street improvements on a portion of Broadway; and WHEREAS, the attached quitclaim deed will clarify any ambiguity as to the City’s right to use the area described therein for such street improvements; and WHEREAS, the City desires to accept and consent to the recording of the attached quitclaim deed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Placerville as follows: 1. The City of Placerville hereby accepts and consents to recording of the attached quitclaim deed. The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Placerville held on June 28, 2016, by Councilmember _____________, who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilmember ____________. Shinn, an unmarried man, on that Grant Deed on file in the office of the El Dorado County Recorder in Book 1328 of official records at Page 819, more particularly described as follows: All that certain remaining real property of the estate of Louis E. Shinn described above lying Southerly of the portion of said land described in the Deed to the State of California, recorded December 2, 1959, in Book 491 of Official Records at Page 205, Northerly of the North line of Parcels 1, 2, 3 & 4 of that certain map on file in the office of the El Dorado County Recorder in Book 20 of Parcel Maps at Page 39; and Easterly of that certain real property described in deed to Sam A.
