Hi Mr. Yee and Mr. Keon, My name is Meiyu Yeh. I am the owner of 13156 Paramount dr. The lot is doing the grading work, and I have the concern about the grading level behind my lot. I have the concern for the mud slide during the rain season. I will attach some pictures for your reference. Please I would like to review the grading and to see what can be changed if necessary. To The Panning Commission regarding the Paramount development This development is impacting the neighbors in an unreasonable way. Based on the grading plan, all the houses should be one story houses. Do not ignore the Design Review Findings in the Saratoga City Code. The currently planned houses on raised building pads, have mass and height that is not in scale with the surrounding neighbors. The natural contours of the land were not followed for site development per the #1 recommended item in the Design Review Findings.

The developers have chosen to greatly reduce the building footprint of Lot #4. They did this by placement of the bio drainage areas, and the shape of the cul-de-sac. Once they decided to affect lot #4 this way, they cannot try to put a two story house on it, by jamming it against the oak trees, and sewer easement to the South. This is grossly unfair to the neighbors to the South.

Redesign this house to be one story Redesign this house without the large inner courtyard, to reduce the building footprint Redesign this house with a basement Redesign this house to have less square footage Do not allow the rear of this house to impinge on the Oak Trees, as is the current plan Change the placement of this proposed house on lot #4, move the drainage areas to do this Move this house to the North and East, get a variance from the City of Saratoga, if needed Sincerely, Dr. Donald Rigby
