3. Landscaping Scope • Acquisition and planting of new plant materials Acquisition and planting of new plant materials Staff and the Conservation Corps ‐‐ North Bay ("CCNB") are discussing a negotiated agreement that would result in acquisition and installation of the plant materials and irrigation. CCNB is exempt from the Labor Code requirement for payment of prevailing wages, holds a C‐27 California Landscape Contractor's License in good standing and has a significant body of experience performing planting and irrigation installation.
