1. Call to order at 7:04 PM 2. Approve November 2013 Meeting Minutes – Unanimously Approved 3. Committee Meeting Reports 1. Registration 1. Registration signs are up with the Dec 1 start to registration on line. 2. Report on Important Dates – attached to minutes 1. Colleen to organize volunteers to work the swap meet 2. Scott W. to get information fliers printed up and ready for distribution to the schools

Change assessment start time for Minor to ½ hour later so we can get Rookies signed in first – not yet reflected on the attached important dates. 4. Add Midget and Tball playup assessments at 12:30 pm on skills day. 5. Add 4 year olds to Tball 3. Discuss Majors Schedule and Participation in Assessments 2. Sponsorship / Fundraising 1. Sponsorship Incentive Program Discussion and interest in doing this again 3. Opening Day – Open discussion on what worked last year and what we want to do this year 4. Bylaws – Held Over 5. Fields – Fred discussed adding new red dirt 6. Other Committees that have met.... 4. Old Business 1. Rebels Update - Fred C. (Held over from November Meeting) 1. 2014 Season 12U A Team Proposed – Approved Unanimously 1. Fees $550 to $650 2. Fred C to discuss Rebel coaches at Coaches Clinic to identify coaches earlier in the season 3. Add infield clay to E (Held over from November Meeting) 5. New Business 1. Jason C. would like some help getting the field ready for game play. 3. Proposed to continue the sponsorship incentive program from 2013 in 2014 too. Flier from last year attached. 6. In-Person Saturday, January 11th 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Wednesday, January 15th 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM th Saturday, January 18 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM *all in-person sign up dates will take place at the Rohnert Park Community Center Sign Up Fees T-Ball (ages 4, 5-6) Midgets (ages 7-8) Rookies – Majors (ages 9-18) *Birth Certificate required for new players **$15 Discount for multiple siblings

COACH SELECTION: Wednesday, January 22nd COACHES CLINIC, SKILLS ASSESSMENT and SWAP MEET: Saturday, Feb1st (All Coaches and Managers will be at the Magnolia Park from 9am to 3 pm)
