Para-Equestrian. Grades Ia – V –Open to riders with ESNZ full membership and Para classification on registered horses. Ride the prescribed test at your grade (if you ride a lower grade than your classification you must ride H/C). Note there is NO grade V FEI test. Please state the grade you will be riding in “comments” on your entry. 19.

All classes run under ESNZ rules. The committee reserves the right to cancel any event or alter the programme. A maximum of three starts per horse, per day. (Combinations entered classes 1-4 may only ride in training class of same or lower level test H/C) Refunds considered only if scratching notified before the start of the show and the refund request form is received by the treasurer along with vet, farrier, or doctor's letter within seven days of the show. Administration fee is not refundable. Refund forms available on AMDG website. Manual entries: Incorrect entry forms will be returned. Send a separate entry AND payment for each show day. The draw will be available the Thursday before on the equestrian entries website www.equestrianentries.co.nz and AMDG website www.AMDG.org.nz ESNZ numbers or if not registered your draw number MUST be worn at all times while mounted. Either as bridle numbers or affixed to both sides of saddlecloth. All horses on the ground at all times MUST be identifiable by a tag affixed to the headcollar or rug with name and owner contact details when not being ridden. All poo and hay to be cleaned up and placed in the bin beside the water tank or taken home in a sack (available at clubroom). Scratchings. Online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz/MYENTRIES. Online scratchings immediately update the system.

Graded Classes 1. GRADED CLASSES 1-12 - Both horse & rider must be current financial members of ESNZ with a “Dressage Start” on the horses registration or pay “flexi start” 2. Class 1 & 2: Results split into 2 divisions. Amateur and Open (Amateur level 1 is rider of category CN –C2 on level 1 horse) 3. Class 3 & 4: Results split into 2 divisions. Amateur and Open (Amateur level 2 is a rider of category CN-C3 on level 1 or 2 horse) 4. Class 11 & 12: Choose from your level (level 6/7 or 8/9) and state tests on the special conditions box of entry form and in the comments box on equestrian entries. NOTE: You must ride the test you specify, no change of test on the day of the show. . 5. All tests may be called. Para Equestrian: Open to ESNZ classified Para-equestrian riders according to their classification grade – these are graded classes and riders must be ESNZ full members with registered horses. Please include your classification and allowed aids with your entry. National tests available on AMDG website and ESNZ Para website www.nzequestrian.org.nz. Orange Para discs compulsory if using any compensating aids in any class during the show. ESNZ classified para riders may also enter any graded or non-graded class they are eligible for and compete using their allowed compensatory aids (please carry your card). Non-Graded Training Classes 1. NON-GRADED CLASSES 13-18 – Open to all, including non-graded, non-registered riders and horses. Riders must have Community Membership of ESNZ which is free. Visit www.nzequestrian.org.nz/membership to join. Non-graded classes do not earn grading points or scores count for any DNZ national series. A horse may not compete in both graded and non-graded tests of the same level. 2. Unregistered horses MUST be identified by the number allocated in the draw (make your own, buy from a saddler or purchase a round holder from the secretary on the day for $5.00) 3. ESNZ non-member entry forms are available on the website for manual entries.
