Auto Auction TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.

Buyer agrees to pay buyer’s premium fee of 10%.

2.

Full Payment is required as soon as the auction is over and before leaving the premises for any reason. We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard and Discover.

3.

A valid driver’s license is required to obtain a bidder number. Titles will be assigned to registered bidders only.

4.

Everything will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO GRARANTEES OF ANY KIND” regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. Buyer accepts any and all faults merchandise may have.

5.

The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot he/she purchases from the time the auctioneers call it sold.

6.

We are tape recording this auction. If you disagree with the price on the clerk ticket you must pay it anyway, we will play back the tape after the auction to settle the dispute. All bidders agree to abide by the tape recorders outcome.

7.

The Auctioneer and or the Salvation Army reserves’ the right to exclude anyone from the auction at our sole discretion.

8.

Announcements made and/or recorded on auction day take precedence over all printed material.

9.

All Items must be removed from the premises by 1:00 PM the day of the auction.
