The Amherst, Buffalo and Southtowns campuses are authorized by the New York State Board of Regents to confer the Bachelor of Business Administration degree. The Southtowns, Albany and Syracuse North campuses are authorized by the New York State Board of Regents to confer the Bachelor of Science degree. All four Ohio campuses are authorized by the state of Ohio to confer associate and baccalaureate degrees. These degrees are also approved by the Ohio Board of Regents.
