BADGER HIGH ATHLETIC ONLINE REGISTRATION 2016-2017 Your athletic forms will need to be completed online through the Badger High School website BEFORE you will be allowed to participate.

1. Go to Badger High’s home page: www.badger.k12.wi.us OR

www.gobadger.org

2. Scroll down and click on: Badger Athletic Physicals and IMPACT Consent Information

3. Complete the Athletic Team Registration process by registering as a New User 4. The physical clearance form needs to be uploaded during the online registration process or a hard copy of your physical needs to be turned into the Athletic Office. 

A physical form can be printed from the on-line registration page or can be picked up in the Badger Main or Athletic Office.



If your last physical was prior to April 1, 2015, you will need a physical to participate in 2016-2017 athletics.

5. Students who participate in football, cheerleading, soccer, basketball and wrestling must take the IMPACT test prior to participating in these activities. 

An IMPACT Consent and Questionnaire can be printed from the on-line registration page or can be picked up in the Badger Main or Athletic Office.



Complete and bring the form to your testing date at Badger High School. Test dates will be communicated to you by your coach.

6. Once you complete these steps, you are registered and can participate in Badger High Athletics. If you have questions, please e-mail: [email protected]

CELL PHONES Students cannot have their cell phones in the locker room AT ANY TIME!!!!! Because of sports being after school, the kids seem to think that it is okay and because of obvious privacy issues, it is NEVER okay to have a cell phone in a locker room!!

Wednesday, August 24th & Wednesday, August 31st Athletes will be given an order form 1 week prior from their coach which needs to be completed (include payment) and given to the photographer. Forms also available in the athletic office. No Form = No Picture

LOCKS FOR STUDENT ATHLETES If you do not have gym class 1st semester, ask your fall sport coach for a lock to be used in the locker room. For security reasons, locks from home are not permitted.

LATE BUS ATHLETIC PASSES Badger provides a late bus for athletes after weekday practices. Bring your Student I.D. card to the main office and receive your late bus pass sticker.

Attention Badger Students HOME SPORTING EVENTS Remember to bring your student i.d. to home sporting events to guarantee free admittance. Does not include WIAA tournament contests.

STUDENT ASSURANCE SERVICES ACCIDENT INSURANCE The Lake Geneva-Genoa City Union High School (Badger High School) district does not provide any type of health or accident insurance for injuries incurred by your child at school. Accident Insurance benefits will be applied to your deductible or co-pay. If you have no other insurance this will become your primary accident plan. SPORTING EVENTS PASS Single Adult (out of high school): $25 Single Student (4K-8): $15 Family (immediate members): $45 All passes are for Badger home games. Doesn’t include WIAA tournament contests. Forms available at Badger High or online.

One of the most helpful features of the Calendar is the “Notify Me” function. If you click “Notify Me” from the main calendar screen, you can choose which activities you want by checking them, click Continue to move to the next screen & follow the directions. Also, check off the box for each that says “Also Notify Me with all Schedule Changes”. You get an instant email anytime we makes a change to any of these schedules. Then click Continue to add your email address and a password so you can change these settings at will.
