MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION PURSUANT TO LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULE 2090-1(E)(2) Dena S. Kessler, (the “Movant”), an attorney and a member in good standing of this Court, and an attorney with the law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP, hereby moves this Court to enter an order, the proposed form of which is attached hereto as a proposed order, authorizing Donald A. Workman, an attorney with the law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP, 1050 Connecticut Ave. NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20036, to appear pro hac vice in this case pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2090-1(E)(2). Mr. Workman has completed the required application, which is attached hereto. Waiver of Memorandum of Law The Movant respectfully requests that this Court treat this Motion as a written memorandum of points and authorities or waive any requirement that this Motion be accompanied by a written memorandum of points and authorities as described in Local Rule 9013-l(G).

ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR PRO HAC VICE ADMISSION THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 2090-1(E)(2) (the “Motion”) of Dena S.
