Banquet Policies Thank you for considering Ciao Amici’s to host your special event. Our professional staff is committed to providing you with personalized service and is happy to discuss any ideas to help you meet the quality and budget you many have determined for your event. Please consider our policies when planning your function: In order to reserve the private dining room, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required. No arrangements will be made to tentatively hold the room. 1.
Ciao Amici’s Banquet Room fee is $100.00
2. Please make an appointment to finalize your menu and arrangements at least 14 days prior to your event. A guest meal guarantee count is required 7 days prior to your event. Your guaranteed count will be the minimum number of meals for which you will be charged. 3. All food, beverages and alcohol must be purchased from Ciao Amici’s, with the exception of specialty cakes. All local, state and federal laws regarding the purchase and consumption of food and beverage are strictly adhered to. 4. Ciao Amici’s also reserves the right to refuse to serve any guest any alcoholic beverage if it has been determined the guest may be intoxicated or is not of legal drinking age. 5. All food and beverage prices are subjet to MI state sales tax and 20% gratuity. Final payment for the estimated charges are due 5 business days prior to the event by cash, cashiers check or credit card. Should the final count increase or any other charges be included, payment will be due at the conclusion of the event. The client must provide place cards for all private events, that have selected 2 or more plated entrees. The entrees correct count must be given 7 days prior to the event and cards at least 1 day prior. 6. Table and room decorations must be approved by management. Please, no sparkle glitter or metallic confetti. All candles must be encased in glass. Ciao Amici’s must ask that no decorations or banners be taped or tacked up on walls or wood trim. All decorations, equipment, or other items must be removed with 1/2 hour of the end of your event. 7. Ciao Amici’s will not be liable for any damages to your property or that of your contractor if it is moved, cleaned or stored by our employees in the performance of their duties. Items left at Ciam Amici’s will be disposed of after seven days. 8. All pricing is subject to change upon market conditions.
