Please bring an original certified birth certificate (no photocopies or abstracts accepted) and three proofs of residency documents for Apple Valley or Lucerne Valley that list your physical address. These can include a driver’s license, an electric or other utility bill, and a financial record like a credit card statement or loan statement. (One proof from each category. Example: Three utility bills count as only one proof)
We accept players from outside our boundaries who attend school in Apple Valley or Lucerne Valley (with proper school verification) Ask for more information
