BBPA Annual Dinner 2015
BBPA Awards 2015: how to enter Eligibility The awards are open to all current members and associate members of the British Beer & Pub Association and non-member organisations outside the BBPA. It is free to enter.
Entry submission date Entries must be submitted by Friday 28th August 2015.
Entry guidelines Each entry MUST include: A cover page. This must include the following information: British Beer & Pub Association Annual Dinner Awards 2015 Name of award category Company name A 30-60 word short explanation of why the entry should win the award A document presented as an A4 PDF (can include pictures), which must cover the criteria from the award category, of up to 1,000 words An appendix can be included to support entries For each entry, there will also be an informal interview with the judges. This may be in the form of a presentation at the BBPA offices or as an informal chat/video call/conference call. Date to be confirmed.
Judges reports A formal report will be produced for each shortlisted entry which will be written up by the BBPA based on the judges’ comments. Comments on non-shortlisted entries can be produced on request.

Publicity Entrants that have submitted entries may be published in media material related to the event, on the BBPA and Pub & Bar websites and anywhere else as deemed appropriate.

Data protection & confidentiality Any data included within the entries may be stored in a database and used by the BBPA to send out information that may be of interest to members. By submitting an entry you are agreeing to these conditions. BBPA does recognise that some information within entries and supporting documents may be of a sensitive or confidential nature. If information is confidential, please indicate this in your entry. Confidentiality will be respected and maintained in both the judging process and in any resulting publicity. Please note that the entries themselves will not be made public however some information within entries may be used to provide additional detail in communications regarding the event.
Please note: There will be one winning submission per category Shortlisted entries which do not win the overall award may be highly commended The judges will take into consideration the merit of the entries and the extent to which the entries meet the awards criteria as well as the quality of the supporting documentation submitted and the presentation. The judges will recognise that smaller companies may not necessarily have the resources of larger companies. The decision of the judging panel is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The judges reserve the right to move an entry from one category to another. No information regarding the winners will be given out prior to the event.
Announcement and presentation The award winners will be announced at the BBPA Annual Dinner 2015 to be held on Wednesday 14th October 2015 at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington. The winners in each category will receive a certificate, engraved glass trophy and the right to use the award’s dated allocated logo on any of their materials.
