BE EQUIPPED Power Verse Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. –Ephesians 6:10 Lesson God can use you, no matter how young you are, if you put your faith in Him. Glossary: Pathway – the split in time and space that is opened by the Bible aboard the Airship Genesis, allowing the Genesis Exploration Squad to go back in time to experience Bible stories of the past. Autopilot – short for automatic pilot; a system on the Airship Genesis that allows it to fly without the need for Gabi to be at the controls. Legendary Artifact – meaningful objects from the Bible stories that the Genesis Exploration Squad must find, scan, and return the Genesis Bible Experience. After listening to the episode, “Be Equipped,” talk over these questions with your family or friends: 1. David faced the giant Goliath, but only with the help of God. When was the last time you faced someone or something difficult with God’s help? How did He help you? 2. King Saul gave David armor and a sword to fight Goliath, but David refused to use it. Instead, he used the Armor of God and defeated the giant! How can you use God’s Armor (the Bible, faith, prayer) at school, home, church, or in sports? (You may want to review Ephesians 6:10-18 together.) 3. God can use you when you put your faith in Him, no matter what age you are. What do you think it means to have faith in God? Do you remember a time when you put your faith in Him?
