To Whom It May Concern, I am the President of the Beaumont Cougars Junior All American Football, Cheer and Flag (JAAF Beaumont Cougars). I am respectfully requesting a grant donation to support our youth sports program safety initiatives. Who We Are The JAAF Beaumont Cougars is a Chapter of the Junior All American Football Southern California Conference. The Chapter encompasses teams from Coachella in the East to Chino in the West. The JAAF Beaumont Cougars was formed in 1994 and last season approximately 200 kids ranging in ages from 5-14 years of age participated in this chapter. We have six levels with multiple divisions at each level, for a total of eight teams. Finances JAAF Beaumont largely operates on donations from community members, parents, businesses, etc. Every year our operating costs are approximately $75,000. We need businesses like yours to keep this program strong and help kids who might not otherwise be able to play football or cheer because of the expense and to provide the kids with equipment that will ensure their safety. Sponsorship Money With your sponsorship, the Cougars will be able to provide the kids with new equipment, maintain sports facilities and keep registration affordable so we can have as many kids as possible participate in our program. What Makes Us Great Over the years the JAAF Beaumont Cougars has provided local youth the ability to participate in an all parent volunteer and organized community sport. JAAF Beaumont Cougars teaches the kids the fundamentals of football and cheer, while instilling teamwork, dedication, discipline and character.
