Our summer program to feed families at our adopted school, Caldwell Elementary, who need food assistance is underway!

We are collecting the following items:
Cereal/Breakfast bars Peanut butter Jelly (no glass jars) Rice (white) Beans (dried, no cans)
Pasta/Pasta Sauce Powdered Milk Pudding Juice Boxes
No glass jars or canned food. Please deposit your food items in the collection box in the lobby or children’s area.
Session 1: June 22 7:00-8:30 pm, Parlor Ephesians 1 “Blessings You Can Count On” Leader: Ron Bentley Join us next Wednesday evening for “Blessings You Can Count On,” a study of Ephesians 1 led by Dr. Ron Bentley. Each week we will explore a different aspect of our Christian identity and how we can faithfully live out who we are together, in the world and in healthy community. All are welcome, and no registration is required. Come and refresh in God’s word this summer!
CONNECTION POINTS Starting Points to find your Connection Opportunities for newcomers as well as long-time members Hub and Auditorium Tours – June 19 at 10:05. We will meet in the chapel at 10:05 then head across the street to tour “The Hub”—the youth building and the Church Street Auditorium. Come and see these unique buildings that provide ministry opportunities for the church and the community. Visitor Information Hour - June 26 at 10:05 am in the Chapel – An opportunity to learn more about the church as we share information, discuss your questions over coffee and cookies, and take a tour, learning about the history of the church along the way. Feel free to stop by!
Widow/Widower Grief Support Group This group discusses topics which are unique to those who have had a spouse or life partner die. A new class will meet on Mondays, June 20 through July 25 (except July 4). We meet from 10:0011:30 am in Room C210. Gateway had a blast playing baseball! The evening of June 9 began with a delicious dinner of pizza, salad, assorted sodas, and pudding provided by the Men's Bible Study. There were 19 Gateway members in attendance along with 13 volunteers. Many thanks to the Sweet Family for organizing the evening of fun and games. Our next Gateway program will be July 14 in Dyer Hall where we will rehearse with the Wellspring Praise Band. For more information about Gateway and volunteering at Gateway, contact Rev. We had lots of fun this week at Vacation Bible School!
Preschool All Star Summer Camps Camp meets three days from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm and is full of theme-related activities, indoor and outdoor play, snacks and stories from the Bible. For children three years old (by 9/1/16) through those entering kindergarten! Cost of each camp is $70.
