Rental Procedure A date will be considered confirmed upon return of signed function agreement and a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is applied towards the overall event balance.

Bel-Wood offers various membership classifications to fit the needs of everyone. Our Members aren’t required to pay room rental fees and their service charge is only 17%, (versus 20%). Food and Beverage Agreement
• Bel-Wood Country Club does not permit any outside catering. Should you book with Bel-Wood, you are required to use our food and beverage services with the exception of cakes and party favors.
• There is an $8,000 Food and Beverage Minimum that must be met for Saturday Weddings, (prior to service charge and tax). If this minimum is not met, the remaining charges will be accessed as an additional room rental fee. Sunday through Friday weddings have a minimum of $6,000.
• All food and beverage that is prepared, left over, or not served, remain on the property of Bel-Wood Country Club and may not be removed by the host.
• Menus must be decided on and completed no less than 30 days before the event. If the event is booked less than 30 days ahead of time then a menu must be chosen as soon as possible.
• A guaranteed count is due 10 days prior to your event. The number may increase; however, it may not decrease. If attendance increases on the day of the event we reserve the right to substitute any item to accommodate the guests. The host agrees to pay for all guests who attend, or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater.
• Final payment must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event, after the final head count has been guaranteed. No food will be served until an event is paid in full.
All charges are subject to a 20% service charge and a 6.75% sales tax.
