We make it from scratch in our own kitchens using BC Hot House tomatoes on the vine, red onion, fresh basil and roasted red peppers. Our Honey Macadamia Chicken Salad is made with fresh lettuce, organic pea shoots, fresh papaya, house roasted chicken breast and honey caramelized macadamia nuts between layers of crispy wonton wraps. Our feature wines this summer are the award winning Peller Estates Heritage Chardonnay and Merlot. We think you’ll agree, this is a delicious time of year.
