Bianca Gascoigne The reality star, 30, on her yo-yo weight battles and going “all out” on her cheat days… HeigHt 5fT 5in Dress size 10

You’ve said you don’t weigh yourself – is there a reason why? My mum taught me never to have scales in the house. If I fit into my jeans, I’m happy. But right now I don’t fit into them, so I’m not happy! How will you get yourself back in shape? Exercise is key, so I’ll be getting back in the gym and doing some cardio and weights. When I was in the Celebrity Big Brother house we ate a lot of carbs, and if I look at pasta I put on a stone. Do you normally feel body confident? No, I never feel body confident. I think it stems from being a fat kid – it always stays with me. Do you feel under pressure to look good? Definitely. My weight has been documented quite a lot in the past. I go up and down and I have to be really good if I want to lose weight. How do you deal with negative comments about your figure? I’ve always had negative comments because of my surname [Bianca’s stepfather is troubled footie legend Paul “Gazza” Gascoigne]. I try not to take it to heart, but even if you have a million nice comments, it’s always the bad one that stays with you. I try not to pay attention to it, but sometimes it does affect you.

Your diet sounds very healthy at the moment. Do you ever have cheat days? Oh, of course! If I have a cheat day, I go all out. What do you drink on a night out? Either vodka, soda and lime or I’ll have an espresso martini or a Porn Star martini. What’s your biggest food vice? I love chocolate and Thai food. I took my mum and a friend to Ping Pong [a dim sum restaurant] last night, which was lovely. What’s your favourite part of your body? My eyes – if I can say that! What’s your least favourite? Everything! Probably my arms. I get paranoid about my arms. If I’m wearing a dress and I’m going to an event, I always get worried about my arms being fat. Bianca dropped from a size 12 to a size 8 in six weeks taking forza Supplements’ Shake it Slim meal replacement drinks and raspberry K2 supplements, available from forzadiet.com and Boots.

BreAKfASt “Two scrambled eggs with an avocado. I washed it down with a green tea.” NUTRITION CONSULTANT IAN MARBER SAYS, “Avocado is rich in mono-unsaturated fats, but I don’t see any complex carbs, so add an oat cake for some fibre.”

LUNCH “I had a salmon fillet with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. For a dressing, I just had some organic vinegar on the salad. I also had a glass of sparkling water.” IAN SAYS, “Low-carb eating can have benefits, but my experience is that no-carb is impossible to keep up and is merely another diet. Bianca might have a little quinoa with lunch for fibre, complex carbs and protein too.” SNACKS “I had some freeze-dried strawberries – they’re like strawberry crisps and they they’re really nice. I also had a few cashew nuts and almonds.” IAN SAYS, “Combining fruit with nuts ticks many boxes as all the food groups are represented. It also keeps energy levels even and appetite manageable. Choose walnuts for their omega-3 fats and add a couple of Brazil nuts for selenium, an antioxidant mineral.”

DiNNer “I had sweet potato soup and a Diet Coke. If I feel like I need something sweet I’ll have an Options hot chocolate – just with water, no milk.” IAN SAYS, “Soup’s a great way to get plenty of nutrients, but Bianca could add some black beans, drained and rinsed from the can, to the soup as it warms. They will add some fibre and protein and make dinner far more satisfying. Diet Coke might not contain calories or sugar, but it has up to 35mg of caffeine, so it’s not ideal in the evening.”
