Biblical Counseling Training Conference Last year we were challenged to pray about going to the Biblical Counseling Training Conference in Layfee, IN. A er talking with a few people and praying we decided to go for it. What a "me of learning! We aended 35 counseling seminars during the week, instruc"ng us on how to counsel using the Word. It was a special "me and we learned so much. I highly recommended this training. Thanks to those who helped us go to this amazing conference. Check it out at: BCTC
Presenta1ons This school year has been the year of the church presenta"on. We have made a concentrated effort to present Word of Life Student Ministries to at least 60 churches by April 30. So far we have done 41 presenta"ons. Pray for us as we make appointments and go for the 60. Pray for fruit and partnerships from these mee"ngs.
STORM @ Sun Coast Every year for the last 4 years, Pastor Aaron has wanted to do a STORM for his students to bring in unsaved students. This year they did it again with another 40’ banana split. A er the prizes, drama’s and some crazy games, the Gospel was given and 6 students responded. One student who accepted Christ told his counselor he was, “hit by the Gospel.” Needless to say the counselor was pumped up to be able to talk with him further. It was a great "me. Four years ago at the first STORM, this youth group was started. Praise the Lord for evangelism and churches that care to reach out to students.

Bradenton Riverwalk Evangelism Praise the Lord for students who are willing to go into all the world. We helped Samoset Bap"st students do religious survey evangelism on the Bradenton Riverwalk a few weeks ago. Twelve teens went out and were able to do 68 surveys with various people. It was amazing to see the teens reach out to people with the ques"ons, pray with some and one 16 year student was led to Christ. A er the event was over we gathered at the church to talk about what we had seen and experienced. The final piece of the puzzle is that the students want to do it again in the near future. Pray for this group as they reach out to Bradenton, FL. Pray for youth leaders Tammy and Mark as they lead the way.
