STORAGE & HANDLING BIG STICKY should be stored in a controlled environment between 60°F/16°C and 95°F/35°C and away from direct sunlight. Do not expose canisters to cold temperatures or allow to sit on concrete floor. Cold temperatures do not damage this product. If freezing occurs, the canister will not spray correctly until the canister is brought to a warm area and allowed to warm up to > 60°F. Once warmed, the canister will regain its spray properties.
ATTENTION: Empty container remains hazardous until all flammable vapors, which may explode upon ignition, are gone from residue and container. Observe all labeled hazard precautions. Do not cut, puncture, or weld while hazard exists. Do not reuse empty container. Recycle, or dispose of, according to all federal, state, and local regulations.

BIG STICKY DIRECTIONS FOR USE Use only after complete and careful consideration of the warnings, directions and first aid instructions given. Be sure surfaces to be bonded are free of dust, grease, and other contaminants. Adhesive should be between 15°C (60°F) and 35°C (95°F). Before initial use, securely attach gun to hose, then hose to canister. Fully open canister valve; do not close until empty. Use only approved equipment. Some porous surfaces may require two coats. Both surfaces must be allowed to dry before bonding. This will occur between 2 and 5 minutes at room temperature under normal conditions. Heat, humidity, or cold weather can effect drying times. Surfaces are dry if adhesive is tacky but no adhesive transfers to the hand when touched. Complete the bond within 60 minutes, depending on conditions, after the adhesive is dry. Bring surfaces together and immediately apply firm pressure over area to be bonded. Do not use on some vinyls or polystyrene foams. When in doubt about the material, conduct compatibility testing on the product to be bonded before use. Storage: After initial assembly, leave the hose and gun attached to canister with the valve open. Detach gun and hose from canister only when transferring to a new canister. Transfer gun and hose to a new canister immediately to keep product from drying in hose. Store out of direct sunlight and in a well-ventilated area. Avoid storing directly on the floor or against an outside wall. Store between 16ºC - 15°C (60°F) and 35°C (95°F) and keep dry. After storage at very low temperatures, store at room temperature for a few days before using. DO NOT THIN.

TACC CANISTER AND GUN
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL CANISTER ATTACHMENT Wear appropriate safety glasses, gloves and protective clothing. Consult MSDS for product safety information. Shake canister prior to attaching the gun. Remove plastic thread protector. Apply thread tape to canister, then attach small end of hose to canister. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. It is important to align threads properly to prevent the possibility of leakage around misaligned threads. Apply thread tape to gun, and attach large end of hose to gun opening. It is important to align threads properly to avoid damage to spray gun and prevent leakage. Open valve on canister fully and check for leakage. Adjust spray tip to desired angle for ease of adhesive application. Adjust regulation screw behind trigger for desired spray pattern. Maintain canister temperature between 65 F (18C) and 100 F (38C). Keep canisters off concrete floors. DO NOT close valve after each use; keep valve open at all times. \
CHANGING CANISTERS To replace an empty canister with a new canister you must first shut off valve, which is located on top of the canister. Once valve is shut off, squeeze the trigger on the gun in order to depressurize fluid hose. It is important that all liquids are expelled from fluid line. After fluid hose is empty unscrew hose from canister and reattach to another canister. If no canister is available, run solvent through hose to empty residual adhesive from hose. Remember, to prevent clogging in fluid line do not shut off valve unless you’re ready for a new canister.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND STORAGE
The gun when attached to canister must always be pressurized by opening valve on canister. Even after flushing fluid hose, some residual adhesive may be left in hose. For this reason it is recommended to store canister with valve open. Shutting of valve will result in hardening of adhesive in line. When cleaning equipment it is always safe to close adjusting screw on spray gun. To clean tip, unscrew nut and take off tip. Soak in solvent and replace on gun. NEVER SUBMERGE ENTIRE GUN IN SOLVENT. The canister system is very reliable and an excellent way of applying adhesive. Follow these instructions and the TACC adhesive system should last longer than conventional spray applications. Should problems arise contact you local TACC distributor. Remember all RETURNABLE canisters should be sent back to you local distributor.
