Preparation 1. Prepare dressing by mixing 60g of BEST FOODS Mayonnaise, Teriyaki Sauce, KNORR Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Set aside.
2. Toast cashew nut roll. Season breaded pork with five-spice and cumin.
Serving: 1. Spread remaining 30g of BEST FOODS Mayonnaise on bread.
2. Assemble seasoned breaded pork cutlets, crispy bacon, pineapple, tomato, pearl onion, mizuna and top with shaved bitter dark chocolate.
3. Pipe prepared dressing on top.
4. Serve immediately. Season with salt and pepper. Put dressing in foam syphon bottle
