Exceptions to attendance – Call to order – Dan Sauerbier Meeting Minutes – Minutes for September approved by BOD President – Dan Sauerbier Vice President – Jo Haverfield Treasurer – Jeni Berry Secretary – Nikki Bowman Logistics Coordinator – Rebecca Landrey Equipment Manager – Rachel Mark Girls Program Director – Glenna Usselman Girls Youth Director – Lindsi Wolf Boys Program Director – Andy Robinson Boys Youth Director – Scott Person Fundraising Coordinator – Kelsey Isbell Carry -over Business – • • • • • •
By-law voting process changes- BOD will present to the General Membership at the general meeting to change 50% of the membership to ¾ age group and above. BOD Meetings during Spring Season need to be held on 2 Sunday’s in February & May so all coaches can attend. HS Boys Spring break trip will be posted on the website and an email sent by Andy & Jon by last week in October. Dan needs a list of all schools that are ASB Discuss new logo Nikki & Jeni will hold a mandatory coaches contracts meeting for Spring season coaching staff.
New Business – • Discussed Spring Ball Timelines for boys youth, January 10th 2018 need to declare # of teams. • Open all registrations now through 1/5/18. • Discussed apparel. • SNAP to start earlier along with sponsorships. Dan will do a budget slide for the general membership • Discussed coaches interviews and the process. • Boosters- What is the status, Dan will research to be discussed at next Board Meeting. • SSL Tournament May 19th 2018 Boys Youth Required • HS Boys 1st practice 2/26/18 • Next 3 BOD Meetings 11/16/17, 12/11/17, 1/20/18
