Kings Park Soccer Club BOD Meeting Minutes – June 6, 2016 KPCSD High School ATTENDEES: Mangogna, Robbins, DiRusso, Coiro, Corrado, Squillacioti, Davis, Stritzl, Palladino, Sabatino, Corcoran, Dorsey, Timpone, Smith, Gunning CALL TO ORDER: 8:33 pm PRIOR MINUTES: May Minutes accepted (6-0-1). TREASURERS REPORT: May Treasurer’s Report accepted (11-0-1) PUBLIC COMMENTS: - Ms. Sicardi - referee scholarship – disappointed with how it was presented. Another recommends that recognition should be given to other kids who aren’t awarded scholarships but participated in the Club. EXECUTIVE REPORTS: President - Mangogna – President’s roundtable in May. Timpone to present info. Signed lease received from NYS. Nissequogue River S.P. working in extending hike/bike trail along North side of Tiffany. Will be replacing entrance gate in process. Admin VP – Palladino – need to make sure kicksters are at Tiffany Field. Sabatino to coordinate kicksters for remainder of season. Op VP - Squillacioti – tryouts in process; going well. IPP - Mattia – none Secretary - Robbins – none Treasurer - Sabatino – organizing spreadsheet to account for money raised by Kings Park Soccer Players. Coiro to work with Sabatino to get an accounting of funds. Mangogna to monitor progress. COORDINATOR'S REPORTS Uniforms/Trophies – received 150 trophies. Fifty more coming this week. Purchasing – Smith – none Education/Camp – Corrado – working with CAS on summer camps. Also working for Red Bulls camp in summer. Registration – Mangogna – will be handing out registration signs for lawns. Resource Mgmt. - Mangogna – none Insurance - Timpone – none Travel – Timpone – see page 3 Pre-Travel – Sabatino – none Inter League – Gunning – none Street Soccer – Corcoran – none Top Soccer – Gunning – 5 kids participated in recent tournament at Soccer Park. U7/U8 – Stritzl – will be reorganizing Fall 2016 to U8/U9 and then U7. U6 –DiRusso – answering questions for U7 tryouts. U5 – Dorsey – will be playing games on Father’s Day.
