There are seven noxious weeds in Bonner County that infest less than 500 acres, putting them in to a category called New Invaders. If you have one of these ‘New Invader’ species on your property, the county can control it for you at NO cost with written permission to be on your property (*see Landowner Agreement form)—we receive grant funds from the State of Idaho to offer this service. The following seven qualify: Scotch broom, Houndstongue, Leafy spurge, large Knotweeds, Rush skeletonweed, Tansy ragwort, & Scotch thistle.
