TERMS OF BOOKING Whereas Pak Estate Agency (as Development Partner of LDA) is authorized to procure land for establishment of LDA’s upcoming project “LDA City: (vide Agreement signed between LDA & Development partners dated 28 September 2013) in lien of residential plots of various sizes in the LDA city. AND that, Pak Estate Agency is authorized to sell these plot les accrued against said procurement for LDA. 1. That the Pak Estate Agency will get the LDA File issued in my name 2. 3. 4.

That I shall only be entitled to get the plot le(s) transferred in his/her favour upon payment of the entire amount/dues payable to the Firm. That the Application form receipt and this Transitory Letter will be surrendered in original in case of (1) Change of Name (ii) When the LDA City Files are issued against this Letter. That for this le/plot, 50% of the development charges as determined by the LDA shall be payable by the owner in installments spread over 2 years from the date of release OR in lump sum upon delivery/possession. I further undertake that I shall abide by all the rules and regulations of LDA as in vogue and/or issued from time to time. It is understood that, if the purchaser fails to comply with terms & conditions, this intimation / File / Plot is liable to cancelation.
