Mission
FUNDRAISING EFFORTS:
The United FC Booster Club, Inc. is a charitable, nonprofit, fully recognized 501(c)(3) organization. It was created to support United FC programs, recognize the endeavors and achievements of teams and individual players, increase community interest, aid in philanthropic efforts, and assist the coaches and administrative staff. Through events and fundraiser, we intend to provide financial aid to sponsor scholarships for United players, enhance United's commitment to the community and the beautiful game of soccer, lend support to all United teams, and contribute to the spirit of United FC.
In the future, some of the United FC teams will be heading to Europe to play in tournaments and experience soccer in a different environment. Teams may choose to fundraise to help offset the costs of these trips.
Parent membership and involvement is key to a successful booster club. Active membership will enhance our abilities to provide for United teams, players and the community we live in. If you’d like to participate, please email us at [email protected]
Money raised in fundraising efforts will go toward individual team or general club needs.
In addition to individual team needs, the Boosters Club may want to host a tournament and/or provide for needs/wants on a club level. Possible events and fundraising ideas: Wine/Beer Tasting Events United FC Spirit Wear Sales Poker Nights
PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS: In an effort to give back to the community, United FC Boosters Club would like to incorporate charitable contributions into the club’s philosophy. There are individuals in our city and community, as well as players across the world that could use help. Through our connections with soccer, we can accomplish many things in improving the lives of the people around us. Charitable ideas: College Scholarships for United players Hardship Scholarships for United players Soccer exchange program (Africa)
