Section 7 – Transport and Welfare. Transport Private cars are used to transport to away matches and rely on the support of parents & volunteers. The club acknowledge they will be liable in the event of any accident if they have failed to take reasonable steps in their duty of care for your child during transportation to an away fixture. Welfare The clubs welfare of young people in cricket policy ensures we provide a safe, friendly and enjoyable experience for the children taking part. Section 8 – Consent & Signatures. Please be aware that official photographers may be in attendance during games/coaching sessions. They will be easily identifiable. If for any reason you do not wish your child/children to be photographed, please indicate this by ticking the box. If my child plays adult cricket (for the club senior teams) then they should attend matches already changed and ready to play. I hereby authorize the club to retain the data provided here, for the sole use of the club and relevant cricket authorities. The club agrees not to pass this information on to any other organisation I understand that I will be kept informed of activities at Bottisham & Lode CC – for example times and transport details etc… I understand in the event of injury or illness all reasonable steps will be taken to contact me, and to deal with that injury/illness appropriately.
