Participation and Entry Form Deadline: October 25 Perfect Game ($5,000) 1 lane, 6 hours • Food and soft drinks for up to 50 bowlers/guests • 50 drink tickets • Signage (Lane/Screen/Announce 1x/hour) • Gift basket including autographed balls, autographed posters, and much more • Special sponsor gift • Special souvenir for each bowler • 4 season tickets to Women's Basketball 2013-14 season
Strike ($3,000) 1 lane, 4 hours • Food and soft drinks for up to 30 bowlers/guests • Signage (Lane/Screen) • Gift basket including autographed balls, autographed posters, and much more • Special sponsor gift • Special souvenir for each bowler • 2 season tickets to Women's Basketball 2013-14 season
Spare ($1,000) 1 lane, 2 hours • Food and soft drinks for up to 8 bowlers/guests • Signage (Lane) • Gift basket including autographed balls, autographed posters, and much more • Special sponsor gift • Special souvenir for each bowler
Solo Roller ($75 per bowler) 2 games (approx. 2 hours, up to 8 bowlers per lane, mix and match) • Food and soft drinks • Special souvenir for each bowler
Special Events Package – $25 per bowler Pre-purchased package for a drawing to win a special prize when a green pin is in the #1 spot and you bowl a strike! You will also be entered into a drawing for fabulous prizes. Must be purchased prior to start of game.
