BREWER YOUTH HOCKEY WREATH SALE ORDER FORM

It's time to get in the festive spirit and sell Holiday Wreaths! These fragrant double-sided balsam wreaths are decorated with a traditional red velvet bow and 3 bunches of holiday berries and pinecones. All forms, with all payments, must be returned to your Team Manager or Jen Vashon, no later than practice on Thursday, November 3rd. Checks are to be made out to Brewer Youth Hockey. Wreaths can be picked up at Rideout's (320 Billings Road Hermon, Maine): Double sided wreaths $17.50  Friday, November 25th from 8am-5pm  Saturday, November 26th from 8am-5pm  Sunday, November 27th from 8am-5pm If you can't make it during those times, or need to ship wreaths, call Ed Rideout at 478-1381 or email [email protected] and/or call Sue Rideout at 478-1380 or email [email protected]. Mention Brewer Youth Hockey, they will do their best to accommodate your order, no matter what size! Directions to Rideout's: 320 Billings Road is in Hermon. Billings Road runs between Route 2 and Union Street. They are about a mile and one-half from either direction.
